We most often use the DEA and DEMA versions. The DEA is a Cushioned double acting cilinder (non magnetic). The reason we advise the cushioned version is that, the cushioned version will not be damaged when using at full pressure with no flow regulators. If you would use the DE (non cushioned) version, and by accident, have no inline flow regulators, the cilinder will be damaged beyond repair, even when just activating it once. The DEMA version is also cushioned but also has an integrated magnet, which can be used for detecting piston position.
