130x130 Servo Motor Bracket (MBCK30-G) Heavy Load (NSK 30TAC 62C bearings)

Motor Bracket made from steel. It has a 130x130 Servo flange that is compatible with most 130x130 Flange ServoMotors. The bracket has datum surface on the bottom, that also has two 10mm dowel pin holes. These can be used to get the perfect alignment when placing back on a machine frame. Also the alignment between bearing and flange is within 0,02mm since the machining is done in one operation. All of these products are also inspected on the CMM, and include a measurement report. When building a CNC machine or other special machine, this is an interesting part to have, since it saves a lot of time, that is normally spent on making a bracket. This bearingblock is compatible with the BF30 floating bearing block, (same height from datum surface). Most commonly the bearing block is used in combination with 40mm ballscrews.\

This is as special version, because it is equipped with very heavy Japanese bearings (NKS), type 30TAC 62C. The load limit for these bearings in axial direction is 86000 Newton. That is really for heavy work. Or if you want a very long life with the installation.
