We have a DMG lathe in our workshop which can be used for machining the ends of the ballscrews, for example to fit the bearings or shaft couplers. We can perform a number of standard operations cost-effectively, including the 25mm Ballscrew ISEL Standard End Machining Fixed Side. We will machine one end of the spindle to fit into the ISEL and DCNC fixed bearing blocks. For larger series, the price per operation will greatly improve.
