We have a DMG lathe in our workshop which can be used for machining the ends of the ballscrews, for example to fit the bearings or shaft couplers. We can perform a number of standard operations cost-effectively, including the BF/FF 17 Ballscrew End Machining Floating Side. We will machine one end of the spindle to fit into the BF 17 and FF 17 Floating Ballscrew Support Unit. For larger series, the price per operation will greatly improve.
