Description
We often use these connector to connect encoder cables. Although at first sight it seems to be an expensive connector, when you take into account that it is much easier to connect than a solder connection. And also much less fault prone, and easy to maintain. Also standard it has a metalised shell, and easy shielding connection, which makes it very well EMC prone. These factor well outweight the extra cost. That is why we prefer this connector over a solder connector in our servo systems.
