The Slideplate is designed for the retraction system (5865/5870), where it serves as mounting and guiding for the E-chain. The Slideplate is designed to be mounted on Drylin rails (136) & Pillow blocks (129). For this purpose, alignment edges have been made for these parts, so that it is easy to assemble.
A 25mm shaft can be clamped on the Slideplate and there is room at the bottom for a pneumatic cylinder.
