Since 2017 Eaton-Moeller has an extra compact version of the contact blocks. In some cases, it may be more convenient to use these. Especially when there is limited space. However, there are also some drawbacks to these contact blocks. Because they are more compact you can load them less heavily. The other disadvantage is that you can not stack them. Most often these contact blocks are used for data/plc type applications, where there is not a load of current going through the contacts.
