EF08-LF08-EF06-FF06 Ballscrew End Machining Floating side

We have a DMG lathe in our workshop which can be used for machining the ends of the ballscrews, for example to fit the bearings or shaft couplers. We can perform a number of standard operations cost-effectively, including the EF08/FF 06 Ballscrew End Machining Floating Side. We will machine one end of the spindle to fit into the EF 08 and FF 06 Floating Ballscrew Support Unit. For larger series, the price per operation will greatly improve.

Component features:

• Leadtime 1-2 weeks; urgent delivery on request
• First order the 8mm 10mm or 12mm ballscrew and then select the desired end machining
• Don't forget to order end machining for both the fixed side and floating side
• Price only valid up to a maximum ballscrew length of 400mm
• Above 400mm ballscrew length price is on request
