We have a DMG lathe in our workshop. This allows us to machine the ends of ball screws, for example for the bearings or the shaft couplings. We can carry out a number of standard operations cost-effectively, including the EK/FK/FKA 06 Ballscrew End Machining Fixed Side. We will then machine one end of the ballscrew to fit the EK 06, FK 06 and FKA 06 Fixed Ballscrew Support Unit. For larger series, the price per operation will improve significantly.
