This is our new addition for the DSD Computer Surfboard Shaping Machine (Brazilian CNC Machine). It was designed in line with industry developments where Surfboard Machinists choose to interchange tools for the most effective CNC cuts. This cutter is also suited to any custom CNC Machine that takes a 1/2" shank. These cutters are precision machined (CNC Machined) using the highest quality material and coated with Super Grit®; the most effective coating available for surfboard manufacturing (Polyurethane foam and Polystyrene foam). These cutters are "balanced" to ensure perfect weighting for and the highest level of efficiency possible!
Component features:
- Coated in Tungsten Carbide “Super-Grit®” technology.
- Cutting Tool which is very often used in CNC surfboard cutting, can also be used in hardfoams like EPS
- Total length 4.33" (110mm)
- Cutter head dimensions: 1.19" (31mm) Diameter X 2.83" (72mm) Length. Radius: 0.325" (8.25mm)
- Shaft/shank dimensions: 1/2" (12.7mm) Diameter X 1.5" (38.1mm) Length
