FKA08 Fixed Ballscrew Support Units (C3 quality)

This type of ballscrew support is very common in the DIY CNC world. FKA ballscrew support units can be placed in a Motor Bracket, with which a stepper motor or servo motor can be easily connectoed to the ballscrew. These Motor Brackets can be found in the "compatible products" tab.
There are many FKA blocks on the market, and the problem is, they all look the same, but prices differ greatly. We have chosen to offer only the highest quality bearings (P5 Taiwan), which are suitable for ballscrews in quality classes C3 to C10. Be aware that many webshops offer only the C7 type, which has normal deep groove bearings, and then don't have any pre-load, meaning you will have play in the axial direction.

The FK and FKA baring blocks are very similar in appearance. The FKA blocks are rectangular, where the FK blocks are square. This FKA type is often used to mount the ballscrew lower more towards the mounting surface. For smaller sizes like the FKA6 and FKA8 it is used by default in MBA style motor mounts.For the larger sizes like FK10-FK12-FK15 etc, there are special motor mounting brackets, the MBL series, which use/benefit from this lower height above the mounting surface.
