The Hiwin HGW-25-SC-Z0-H short linear carriage with flange has only two mounting threaded holes. Its short length makes it suitable for applications that require the most compact design possible.
The HGW-25-SC-Z0-H Hiwin block is manufactured in quality class H - high and has a light preload Z0 (0-0.02 C), which allows precise and rigid guidance along the linear guide.
This carriage is suitable for use on HGR25R and HGR25T linear guides. SS seals are installed as standard. Heavy duty bearing grease is recommended for lubrication.

- We have Z0 Preload as standard, perfect for CNC routers
- High precision class (H)
- 2 x M8 threaded hole in carriage allows mounting from above
- Installation from below is also possible when M6 instead of M8 bolts are used. Recesses have been made in the block so that a normal DIN912 bolt fits
