These carriages fit the HIWIN HGR and HGT Profile rails. This particular type is the wide flange type model. We also have a more compact but higher HGH type model.
Component features:
- Wide Flange type model (HGW)
- Heavy Load model (CC)
- Standard we have Z0 Pre Tension, perfect for CNC-Routers
- High Precision Class (H)
- 4 x Threaded hole in carriage allows mounting from above
- It's also possible to mount from below, when using one bolt size smaller for mounting. The block has a reces machined in it so a normal DIN912 bolt fits
