If you want to use the HIWIN guides in a very dirty/dusty environment, HIWIN has a special seal kit that better protects the trolleys against dust. This seal kit fits on all HG type of carriages. This seal kit can therefore be installed later as an add-on to the HGH, HGL or HGW carriages.

The type we offer here is suitable for all carriages with size 55, so the CA/HA/CC/HC series. And specifically the the HGH-55-CA-Z0-H, the HGH-55-HA-Z0-H, the HGL-55-CA-Z0-H, the HGL-55-HA-Z0-H, the HGW-55-CC-Z0-H and the HGW-55-HC-Z0-H.

• The optimized scraper also protects against dirt particles >0,2mm in diameter and prevents damage to the end seal
