Very nice quality product that is an excellent basis for a machine. Because these rails can be bolted to the construction, the stiffness of the machine is a lot better than with round rails. This type of rails is twice as wide as a normal HGR type. For this reason it is better at taking a moment/torsion load. For some very specific application this can then be an intresting guide. As you need to use only 1 of these, where you would normally need 2 x HGR rails.
NOTE: We can supply this product to a length of 4000mm each. If the product is longer than 2500mm the price is on request because of the shipping costs.
Component features:
- High Quality HIWIN Profile Rail (made in Taiwan)
- By Default Cut/Ground such that holes E1/E2 are equally spaced, and then deburred
- On request you can specify a different hole spacing for first/last hole (E1/E2) (In Remarks)
- Cutting tolerance: +/- 1.0mm (on request different/better tolerance is possible)
- Including Green Caps, to close the bolt holes
- We advise DIN912 M4x20 for WER17R with ITEM/Bosch/Maytec
- NOTE: We can supply this product to a length of 4000mm each. If the product is longer than 2500mm the price is on request because of the shipping costs.
