Locking Assembly BK70 d x D x 19x47 Lt=45mm

Over the years we have tested many systems to mount gears to shafts. In terms of reliability locking screws have proven to give trouble. In time these come loose, resulting in backlash or even worse, damage to your CNC system. We have tested BK70 axial locking parts in our machines. It has proven to be a very reliable method to mount gears to shafts. The amount of torque that can be transmitted is amazing. And mounting these units is very easy. We mosten often use the BK61 product line because they are the most compact type. The BK70 type we offer here is less compact, but will allow a much higher transferable torque, and also a much larger axial load. So in highly loaded applications this is the best solution.

• To remove, unscrew the 4 bolts, and place 2 back in the threaded holes (see drawing for details)
