M10 Nord-Lock® SP Washer with Delta Protekt® (enlarged outer diameter)

Nord-Lock wedge-locking steel washers with enlarged outer diameter (SP) utilise tension instead of friction in order to secure bolted joints exposed to severe vibration and dynamic loads.

Over the operational life cycle, Nord-Lock washers offer increased operational reliability and lower maintenance costs, while significantly reducing the risks of production stops, accidents and warranty claims.

Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers have been rigorously tested and approved by independent institutes as well as certification authorities.

SP Washers
Nord-Lock washers are available in two outer diameters — standard and enlarged. Washers with an enlarged outer diameter (SP washers) are designed to be used together with flanged bolts and nuts (ISO 4161,4162) on oversized and slotted holes, or on sensitive surfaces and soft materials. The type we offer her is the SP version for m10 bolts.
