When coupling 2000mm racks its possible to extend the racks to infinite lengths. To join 2 racks, a mounting template is used to perfectly align the teeth of the 2 racks to be joined. The method is simple. The 2 racks are mounted but not yet fully tightenend. Then the Mounting Templates is held into the joint, often with a clamp. In this way the axial alignment is made very precise. Please also read the manual for more clear instructions.
