Single relay - REL-MR- 4,5DC/21AU - 2961370 (GOLD Contacts)

This Plug in miniature relay can be handy when you need to convert signals from 5VDC to a potential free contact.  Most PCB electronics work on 5VDC TTL. This can then be used to convert the signal to 24VDC or any other voltage up to 36VDC or 30 VAC. Keep in mind this relay is not a solid state, we dont not advise to use for data transmission for this reason. Relays will wear over time, if they are activated at high frequencies. This specific relay uses gold plated contacts making it most suitable for switching low current/voltage signals. Beneath the gold plated contacts are normal power relay contacts, so should the gold layer be overloaded and destroyed, the relay then basiclly has a second life, with different specs for the minimum voltage(increased), and also the allowed current is increased.
