Solid carbide one flute endmills for plastic, right hand cutting with right hand spiral. Especially suited for cutting all plastics, glassfibre reinforced polyesters as well as carbonfiber. The type we offer here is the Maykestag 6495 series. Often with plastics we tend to use the 6215 series, that pushes the chips down into the cut, and prevents burring on the top edge of the material. The 6495 that we offer here has the standard up cut, which in some cases is the better solution. Basicly if in dount order the 6495 and 6215 series, and test both. The difference in terms of the burrting can be night and day.
